Established, growing loop law firm is seeking an eager trust and estates attorney who possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience to move into a bustling position in a growing department. Candidates must have experience in drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, substantial experience in administering trusts and estates, and competency in tax compliance obligations for individuals, estates and trusts. In addition, candidates must have good law school academics and the desire to excel in the estate planning world. The position requires an articulate, poised individual with effective interpersonal skills and good business judgment.
