Group of software geeks from MIT & Yale needs a lawyer on staff to assist with the following:
A/R Litigation
Prepare contracts / review contracts
Set license / term specifications for clients
Protect firm from potential liability from potential defects in software (hasn't happened yet)
Mitigate risks when dealing with overseas partners, agents and reps.
Prefer software industry experience.

Vacation house in Newport Beach, CA
4 Wks Vacation + holidays

Car allowance
Minimal travel but occasional overnight trips required
