Salary: $10- $14/ hour; M-F; 20 hours a week
We are currently searching for a part-time administrative assistant/ receptionist for our rapidly growing real estate consulting and development firm located in Wilsonville. Flexible hours are available.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years real estate experience, including experience as a legal secretary. They must have a professional demeanor, be dependable, detail-oriented, polite, friendly and helpful, and must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, carry out activities on a routine basis, and be able to assist multiple associates.
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurate document preparation/ data entry
•Contact clients periodically
•Basic receptionist duties
•Scheduling appointments with Microsoft Outlook 2007
•Filing, maintaining, tracking and copying client records
•Conducting general Internet research with a real estate focus
•Other basic secretarial and general office duties as they arise
Key Qualifications and Skills
•Ability to work independently and efficiently with little supervision
•Proven organizational skills
•Customer service experience
•Advanced Internet skills, including the ability to conduct simple to moderate real estate research or analysis using standard search engines
•Proficient with Windows XP and/or Windows Vista, Microsoft Office products (preferably Office 2007) including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other office equipment
•Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs
•Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential client information
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
