Safeco's Staff Counsel office in Tacoma is currently seeking a temporary insurance defense attorney.
The attorney must be licensed to practice in Washington, with at least 3 years of experience in insurance related litigation experience or equivalent expertise.
Applicants must have experience with jury trials, mediation and arbitration.
The responsibilities of this position include the ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation through jury trial, including deposition, discovery and motion practice.
Candidates must possess effective written and oral communications skills.
