Minneapolis an international law firm with more than 1,400 attorneys in 22 offices, seeks a highly motivated junior- to mid-level transactional associate for its new Minneapolis office. The position will be predominantly financial services oriented and will involve the drafting and negotiating of sometimes complex capital markets transactions.
Finance, banking, corporate, and/or securities transactions experience is preferred; a combination of these is a plus. The position will require travel from time to time as you will become part of the firm's national financial services practice, a significant component of which is led by the Minneapolis partners.
