Xiocom Wireless has a need for an in-house Staff Attorney. Candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and and be admitted into the state bar. Should have solid experience in M&A work. Will prepare and examine contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, etc. Candidate will also provides legal advice to Xiocom Wireless, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
