Progressive Insurance is looking for an experienced attorney to lead the Tampa House Counsel office. Leadership skills, the desire to manage and mentor others, and enthusiasm to develop a high quality work environment are key qualities of the successful candidate. Prior management experience is not necessarily required. If you are a strong litigator and looking for an opportunity to make a difference in those around you, this is an outstanding opportunity. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, team oriented and comfortable with the use of technology in your practice.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Juris Doctorate required
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Significant legal experience
- Jury trial experience required
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good work ethic
