The Paralegal will support client agreements, liability litigation, and corporate insurance program; research and analyze legal sources; assist with business agreements and contract development; prepare and maintain attorney files; monitor and review government regulations; strategize and process visa applications; audit outside billing; and assist in presentations. Knowledge of procedural federal and immigration court requirements; ability to handle multiple projects; and knowledge legal terminology and procedures is required. Candidates must have bachelors degree or paralegal certification and 3 years paralegal experience with one year being Florida defense law.
