CONSUMER LITIGATION ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITY!
KAHN & ASSOCIATES, L.L.C. is a rapidly growing, multi state Plaintiff’s Law Firm with a focus on Warranty Law (Lemon Law). We are seeking an energetic and confident newly-licensed attorney to manage the expansion of the firm's warranty law ("lemon-law") practice area into Miami, Florida. This is a volume practice wherein approximately 50% of the cases are in litigation.
•Excellent opportunity to develop a wide range of experience and play a significant role in a growing, entrepreneurial law firm.
•Looking for a people person who is sales-oriented, skilled in negotiation, goal-oriented and energetic.
•Must currently be licensed to practice law in the state of FL.
•Spanish speaker – big plus!
We will train in Lemon Law. Position includes salary, bonus plan, FULL health insurance, vacation and 401(k).
