Salary: $36,000+ DOE
Attorney positions: A non-profit legal aid program, Legal Aid of the Bluegrass serves 139,000 rural/urban poor in 33 northern/northeastern KY counties. Current openings in Lexington and Morehead offices. Staff attorneys practice in poverty law areas like family (including domestic violence), housing, health, consumer, income maintenance/public benefits, and immigration. KY Bar membership or eligibility to practice in KY based on licensure in another state required, highly motivated entry-level applicants considered. Entry level salary $36,000+ DOE (includes a student loan benefit), excellent fringes, state retirement and health insurance.
