The San Bernardino/San Diego Legal Offices are seeking an Attorney Level III, with at least 7 years California experience in Insurance Defense Litigation, toxic tort and or insurance law would be a plus. The applicant must be licensed in California and be admitted to the Federal Courts in southern California. Environmental and Bad Faith trial experience are required.
The applicant must have demonstrated leadership in local or state bar associations and demonstrated management skills.
The position requires excellent typing skills with no dictation. Applicant must have a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. Applicant must be able to prepare pleadings and law-and-motion.
With their application, each applicant must submit 2 writing samples that demonstrate the applicant's effective legal analysis.
