Law Offices, Lydia Bouzaglou-Newcomb, Managing Attorney, in Orange, California, is seeking an attorney with 5+ years experience in insurance defense litigation.
This position requires job stability within the civil litigation arena with demonstrated experience handling civil litigation cases including any of the following: personal injury, premises liability, products liability, intellectual property, Agents E & O, etc. This position requires Membership in good standing to the California Bar Association. Applicants must be proficient in use of PC including Microsoft Word software as correspondence will not be dictated. This self-starter will represent the company and insured's in all phases of litigation, practicing law in compliance with ethical standards as established by state law. Responsibilities include providing pre trial and trial preparation involving legal research, law and motion, participation in conferences, ADR and trial. Also, must be knowledgeable in appeals, insurance coverage and conflict issues. Trial and insurance defense experience required. This individual should possess demonstrated case analysis abilities, a track record of proven case resolution skills and excellent PC, resource management, customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
