A small, but growing, Irvine Spectrum firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of Business and Commercial Litigation experience. They are experienced in virtually all aspects of business operations, including formation, finance, collections, contractual matters, labor disputes and debtors and creditors bankruptcy. Their clients range from $100 million distributor of computer peripherals to cutting edge software development start-ups.
The attorneys at this firm come from large firms and have created a more relaxed, down to earth work environment.They are seeking the same in a new Attorney.
