Job Description
Provide Legal support to review, draft and negotiate with Sales, Services and Finance teams customer, end user and reseller software licenses Outbound, maintenance services, alliance member, subcontractor and professional services agreements for software, SaaS and services. Provide legal support to review, draft and negotiate software reseller and OEM licenses Inbound with alliance and Alliances and Finance teams. Provide legal support for review of Outbound marketing, engineering and development agreements. Advise business and technical colleagues on broad range of legal subject areas, including open source software code, IP protection, acquisition due diligence and data protection.
Required Skills
Must be organized, work independently and well on a team, with strong drafting skills and good judgment. Must be effective in working with internal teams and negotiasting with external customers, with an ability to multi-task and manage a volume of concurrent Legal transactions.
Required Experience
JD and CA bar membership is required.
Within 5-8 years Legal experience is required, including in-house experience in a software company.
