Patent Attorney needed for 1-3 month project
ArmorLite Roofing Technology, LLC, is a small dynamic growth company developing leading edge break-through polymer roofing technology.
The attorney shall have experience in:
Patent research work
Invention Potential Analysis
Utility & Design Patent application development and writing
Claim development
Trademark applications
Chemical or materials background preferred
The attorney shall work directly with the inventors and engineers to develop patentable concepts and then the development of Utility and Design patent applications with claims.
Final review and submission will be done by our present patent attorney.
This position is preferred full-time, although part-time is acceptable. It is preferred the attorney work in-house to gain a synergy with the inventors and engineers, although off-site is acceptable.
