Assistant Security Manager - Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip!
Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring an Assistant Security Manager for our flagship property location on the beautiful Las Vegas Strip!!
The ideal candidate will assist and act in absence of the Security Manager to ensure the safety of owners, guests and team members and the security of the property. Trains team members and ensures full compliance with all corporate guidelines and local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding emergency management, loss prevention, safety and security. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Serves as liaison with local law enforcement and leads investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, etc... Writes and assists in the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation.
Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Associates or Bachelors degree with a major coursework in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or a closely related field preferred.
2. Previous security experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
3. Previous security management experience preferred.
4. Current CPR and first aid certification required.
5. Current Las Vegas Metro non-gaming card required.
6. Must have current valid Drivres License.
7. Previous computer experience and with excellent written and verbal communication skills a must!
