Role: IT Operations Manager, Full-Time, Permanent

For this high growth, prestigious local law firm, will have complete responsibility for all IT functions in multiple offices in the local area, including:
support of end users at all levels on all applications including telecommunications, desktop and legal applications and network
planning and supporting for moves and office growth, including procurement of equipment, installation of hardware, and software
training for end users
maintain servers
plan for growth and look strategically at the business needs for technology
support attorneys during litigation and court proceedings
Requirements:
***Must have experience in the legal industry***
Must have strong experience with all hardware, software and network solutions
Strong telecomm, voice and data
Exceptional communication skills and client support/user interface skills and experience
