Salary:
The California Department of Mental Health seeks two Staff Counsels (0-5 years+) to join a small Legal Office. The Staff Counsels will review policies and work with clients to promulgate regulations, advise clients on mental health law, research legal issues, draft opinion/advice memorandums and letters, and other in-house counsel duties as necessary.
Applicants for this position must have civil service eligibility at the Staff Counsel level. Please write “DMH Staff Counsel” on your application.
