Are you ready to take the next step? Do you want to see your efforts significantly impact the results of the organization? Our client seeks a Patent Licensing Attorney or Executive with international lead-negotiation experience to head up licensing spin-off with an exciting portfolio. Must have exposure to U.S. patent litigation and international patent law knowledge.
Description:
This individual will design and manage licensing programs with high degree of latitude for action or decision.
Incumbent will develop and hire all outside support needed, i.e., legal, providing client-specific strategies/ programs. Will identify high-value licensing opportunities, develop strategies and execute programs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years hands-on patent licensing experience.
2. Familiarity with semiconductor and microelectronics business.
3. Experience leading international patent licensing teams.

Based in Canada (East Coast). Travel (mostly US and Asia).
