Responsibilities is seeking a first to fourth year lateral litigation associate/agent to join the practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex intellectual property litigation matters, top academic credentials and proven writing skills. A bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, molecular immunology, chemistry or related field is required. A master’s or PhD is preferred. USPTO registration is helpful.
