The Phoenix office of a strong regional law firm is seeking an experienced corporate transactional attorney -- someone who really enjoys advising companies on operational matters and doing deals. The ideal candidate for this intermediate-level associate role will have experience negotiating and documenting business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, as well as in preparing private securities offerings and advising executive management on general securities matters. The person interested in this opportunity should also be able to mentor and show the strings of corporate practice to more junior associates, and have the kind of cheerful personality that adds energy and diversity to a close-knit office. Sarbanes Oxley experience is a plus; and while Arizona Bar membership is preferred, lawyers licensed in other states with the appropriate credentials will be considered as well!
