Attorney 1 level is for attorneys with 0 to under 2 years experience with salary starting at $50,825 per year. Attorney 2 level is for attorneys with 2 to under 4 years experience with salary starting at $57,375 per year, Attorney 3 level is for attorneys with 4 to under 8 years experience with salary starting at $66,600, and Attorney 4 level is for attorneys with 8 years or more experience starting at $75,780.
