Jim. Unless you can have your conviction expunged or if you
lost your Civil Rights Restored after your sentence
(providing they were taken away) there is not much to be
done. You can find information on the internet by searching
either Latenberg Amendment or Section 658 of Public Law 104-
208.

A letter to your Congress asking for a repeal of this law
couldn't hurt.

Some States will still allow you to use Muzzle loaders.
