All I have to say is good luck. Even if you can get explained
away at the state level, there is still the federal level to
deal with. (statutes) It seems they want to take every ones
rights away for anything. This is something I am experiencing
right now. I spoke with a attorney today that said just this.
My felony was dropped to a misdemeanor even!
