For all those who think the Second Amendment does not apply
to individuals, and is strictly a right to be held by the
state, you should read the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
case captioned, United States of America v. Timothy JOe
Emerson, decided on October 16, 2001, docket number 99-
10331.

The justices of that court explain in full historical
detail how and why, we as INDIVIDUALS, have the right to
keep and bear arms.

That case, along with Richard Poe's well researched
book "The Seven Myths of Gun Control" will convince all,
except for the control zealots, that gun control is
unconstitutional.
