i am an ohio resident that was convicted of carrying a
concealed weapon in june of 2000. Now I have a 5th Degree
felony on my record and cant get a good job to save my
life. Recently I saw that hamilton county, and the appeals
court ruled that the ohio law i was convicted under was
unconstitutional. Do I have a chance of having my
conviction reversed?? If so, do you know of a lawyer I can
contact or what course of action I should take??

Any information would be helpful, as my life is ruined by
this serious government injustice.
