Post: DUI

I am seeking advice for my brother. He was arrested for
driving under the influence nearly a year and a half ago.
He refused the breathalyzer, so they took him in. Our
mother posted his bond the next day. He has never received
notice of the formal charge nor has he received notice to
appear in court.

Recently he was certified as an assistant coach for his
son's baseball team. He and my nephew were so excited
about it. Two days ago, the recreational league for the
county called him and said that they had to revoke his
certification because there was a "pending DUI" on his
record. He is absolutely heartbroken, and doesn't know
how to handle this situation. Any advice?
