I was pulled over at 252am -1 mile away from my house and
arrested for DUI. I took a breathalizer which was over
the .08 limit, and released that night to a friend. I dont
believe the officer who pulled me over had any probable
cause because I was not driving irratically or swerving
like the ticket stated. The really interesting part about
this is there was a second highway patrolman (who was not
the one that pulled me over) that came to scene and just
as he pulled up there was a comotion with a cabby and 2
passengers who were apparently refusing to pay... The
officer who pulled me over ended up taking on the other
situation with the cab, and the second officer administerd
the field sobriety tests, and the breathalizer after. CAN
MY CASE BE DROPPED IF I SAY THERE WAS NO PROBABLE CAUSE,
AND THE ORIGINAL OFFICER IS NOT THERE TO PROVE HIS SIDE??
Id appreciate any feedback..
