Post: States Should Test Accident Involvees For Marijuana Usage

Posted by Steve Blonske on 3/05/09

    Since it has been proven time and time again that
    Marijuana effects human reflexes and decision making
    for up to 90 days after a single joint or cigarette;
    those involved in automobile and occupational accidents
    should be tested for cannibis usage.

    It would properly identify those who are at fault for
    the accidents. Then Insurance Companies and State
    Courts can properly identify culpability and Liability.
