I was charged with a DUI and my court date was on April
22nd. On April 24the SB 1200, which loweres the Interlock
device from 1 year to 6 months, passed Legislation and Jan
Brewer signed into law on the 29th. I have not been ordered
by DMV to get Interlock yet. Will I fall in this category
even though I was convicted in court 1 week earlier?
