I am filing an appeal and I am going against a dirty lawyer
who is not fallowing proper procure. I sent in a motion to
stay with the appellate court. The appellate court has
notified me that there is an objection in by the other
lawyer. However, the other lawyer has not sent me the objection.

What can I do about this?

This is taking place in the 2nd district appellate court of
Illinois.
