Are there any recent or land mark cases involving the
Defendant in favor due to practices of Credit Unions being
usurious with the cross-collateral method of loans. For
example, a client having both vehicles paid current and one
voluntary and non-voluntary repo resulting in the bank
suing for a lien on Defendant's home.
