Post: Landlord Tennant Issues - Discrimination?

    Posted by Darrin on 1/13/04

Does a privately owned mobile home community have the
right to selectively enforce regulations pertaining to
site enhancement (i.e. storage sheds.) And, if so, does
allowing violations of the same rules elsewhere in
the "community" left unattended constitute a
discrimination claim on my behalf? I was under the
impression that as with employment, regulations which were
not enforced by owners after a certain period of time
became new standards to which they must adhere. Someone
please help me figure out a course of action here, if this
does sound innapropriate to others as well I would
appreciate any advice as to where I might find some
assistance toward a resolution, short of hiring a lawyer.
    Thank you.
