If it is a third party collection agency, they are regulated
by the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Instruct
them in writing not to call you by phone anymore.

Keep a copy of the letter, and send it via certified mail.

If you post the name of the collection agency, I'll see if I
can find the name of a head guy for you to address your
letter to.
