I paid about $70k for computers from a company. I have did
a thorough background check on them before I did business
with them. Everything checked out fine on the company as
well as the principal shareholders background.

Now, it seems like I won't get the products and he might
not even give me a refund. What legal recourse do I have?

I am in New York and the other company is based in
Indiana. I have e-mail documents from him confirming the
receipt of funds.
