OK, my fiance and I just moved to Ca in Dec. The gas and
electric co came out to test the CO2 of the stove. They
found high levels (40ppm) and condemned the stove telling
us we needed to have the apt put in a new one. Someone
from the apt came out and just turned the stove right back
on and said they adjusted the pilot. SDG&E just came back
out today which is now May b/c i've been smelling gas and
having headaches. The stove now has 120+ppm coming from
it and they tagged it again. My question is, who should I
call to to report this apt complex and what actions do you
think I should take against them. I've had so many
problems with them since we've moved in. Do I have legal
rights???
