Hello,
I'd like to go into a joint venture with someone. I
think I'm looking to do an LLC but not sure. What should
be included in a business venture to protect everyone. The
venture is to sell a product which I have a patent for but
the partner has the resources to the vendors and we would
split the cost to manufactor and split the profit 50/50.
But how about the future ??? If I don't want to do this
anymore, or if I want to sell it outright to someone else?
