notorious for telling you whatever it takes to get you to
pay. Now you are known as "easy check by phone" account".
On every other loan I have had you have a 10 day grace period
before late fees and phone calls occur. Thats a different
    race.
Is there a way to stop this? 2 ways. 1. Dont do the check by
phone deal next month 2.save up enough to get in a position
to pay before the 8th.get a part-time job to work long enough
to save one payment, then quit.
And have deliquent do I have to be before they can repo my
vehicle? read your contract where it defines "default".
Thats how late you have to be. usually ONE day. IMHO, the
lender is "soaking" you for check by phone charges.
fyi live is missouri GOOD NEWS HERE. IF the valuse of your
car loan is OVER $7500.00, they have to send you a 20
day 'right to cure notice" before they can repo. IF its UNDER
    $7500.00, NO NOTICE at all.
