I have just shut down one of five restaurants. I am on the
verge of bankrupcy. The attourney for the bank first had
a long conversation with me about bancrupcy. Now he
represents the bank. It seems he has represented the bank
in the past. The bank is aware of my concern and is still
using him. I believe he may have notifide the bank and use
information he recieve from me to influence his and the
banks decisions to at least some degree, maybe to a large
degree. My current attourney was very concerned and
excited at first, but now does not seem to want to press
the issue.
Any insight or advice will be appreciated
