I have a contractor that quit in the middle of a
construction project. We are disputing how much of the
project he completed and therefore how much I owe him. He
did not accept my offer and has threatened to file a
lien. My question is: What proof or documentation on his
part is neccessary for him to file a lien? I have taken
pictures of the damage he caused and the shoddy details of
his work. I am in Texas.
