I have not operated my business since Sept. 2001 and I
want to dissolve the business. I am working as an
employee. How do I start the proceedings? My Business is
incorporated in PA. I am the only owner and share holder.

Is this something that I can do myself or do I have to
hire someone to do it for me? Are there forms online that
I can download and submit?
