In accordance with all contractual agreements;
The operators of aiborne tranmitters who exceed
15 watts or use their transmission equipment
are to be considered "Paid In Full".
Since all independent observers agree that all of
the airborne transmission equipment has been used
strictly for the sexual pleasure of the operators
and in wattages of 1000 watts or more.
No More Payments are forth comming.
