We have three commercial liens perfected as administrative
judgments (pre-judicial) that are aged over 90 days, so
they are accounts receivable securities with a 15 USC SEC
flag, or commercial paper. The total face value of the
three claims is $39,196,000.00. If you have an interest in
presenting an offer please email me and I will email you
electronic copies of the claims for your perusal and
approval. We are looking for assistance to either have a
third party purchase the liens outright with a discount, or
help us monetize the commercial paper through a central
bank or foreign international commercial bank.
