    Probably not. Unless there is a specific expiration date
    included in the language of the warrant, it must be executed
    within a "reasonable time." Ten days would be reasonable
    under most any circumstance.

    The most likely way to challenge a warrant's validity is the
    affidavit its issuance was based on and the specificity of
    the warrant as to place to be searched and items to be
