My husband is in jail right now, We live in AZ we have 4
children and he has a nice job but he got a ticket for
riding a goat cart on the sidewalk and was paying fines and
missed a fine and it turned into a warrant and then he got
pulled over and arrested. Then when he got to jail he had to
sign a 30 waiver of extradition cause he has a warrant in CA
and now it is past 30 days so what exactly is a 30 waiver
and why is he still there?
