I have just been informed by some interns at the State
Courts in Ral/Dur that there have been 219 Killings of
those who commit various forms of extortion and stalking
here in NC that were ruled as Justifiable Homicide under
the Kidnapping and Rape laws.

When Deviates claim they own somebody that they stalk, they
can hunted down by their intended victims and shot.

200 of these 219 cases were those awaiting their PA to MD
change to become effective.
