I am having a problem that the County Sheriff's Dept is
utilizing neighbors to watch and allow my tenants to damage
my property. I feel the County is trying to wear me down so
I will sell out or fail/ get in trouble with the Dept. I
have had some dealing with the Sheriff's Dept before.
I want them to stop manipulating and causing me trouble.
How do I defend myself and make them stop?
The County has a history to harass ex-cons trying to do the
right thing.
