My son was incarcerated in june of 2009 for a burglary. He
was visited by 2 detectives who told them he was being
charged with a 2nd burglary. a warrant was issued in 8 of
2009 but not served. my son was out on a pass from a work
center in 2011 of july and arrested. He was charged with
the burglary. it is now 2012 he went before the judge when
orginally arrested and he is still sitting in jail with no
indictment. is there a certain amount of time the state has
to indict a person in ms. what to do
