Hi, just wondering if an arrest warrant expires in
Oregon. It is for possession, manufacturing and delivery
of a controlled substance (marijuana). None of it was
mine, I made a bad choice with living arrangements
(roommates). Its been 4 years since the warrant was
issued. Also, wondering how far the warrant was
released. The indictment said it was a secret
indictment? The lawyers office could not see the warrant
in the system but the police could if they ever ran your
license. Any help would be great.
