Dear Richard,

My advice is not to ignor this. If I were in another
state than Ohio, I would hire a lawyer in my home town to
take care of this matter for you. Feel free to call me and
discuss this with me on the phone. I do not think they want
us lawyers posting our phone numbers here, for some reason;
but all you have to do is go through information to get
mine. As I say, if you will call me, I can sound you out and
get a better feel for what you are facing, and then I will
give you my frank advice. You do not need to be handling
this thing yourself. Let a lawyer handle it for you.
